The service covers equipment condition, routine cleaning, controls, operating performance and accessible water-circuit checks to the manufacturer’s requirements. Glycol strength and pH are checked where required for the installed fluid and equipment. Cylinder inspection includes accessible condition, leaks, controls, expansion provision and applicable safety devices; any model-specific anode maintenance is identified before booking.

The £99 service includes cylinder inspection. Add £70 for internal cylinder inspection and cleaning if needed on a standard home-size system (£169 combined), using a method suitable for the model. Required anodes, seals and other parts are quoted separately. Extended descaling, glycol replacement, repairs, ground-source and larger systems need an individual quote. If the manufacturer requires additional work, we agree it before booking; an external inspection is not presented as a complete cylinder service where internal work is due.
